RT series traveling mechanism is a new type of tower crane traveling mechanism which is designed on the basis of foreign technologies. It comprises: a motor, a reducer, a limit switch, wheels, trailing bogies, brake caliper and brake caliper support, etc. The mechanism has L-shaped layout. The reducer is fitted at the outside and the maintenance is convenient. The mechanism is equipped with 2-speed three-phase asynchronous motor which has double electromagnetic brake and constant torque; or equipped with variable frequency control system. It has the advantages of high efficiency, large speed range and infinitely variable speeds.
RCS series hoisting mechanism are designed by our company based on the French Potain technologies. The rated lifting capacity includes 6t, 8t,10t,12t,16t, and there are horizontal and vertical forms and different rope capacity for users to choose.Two winding three-phase asynchronous motors that interact through gear-drive device and cascade speed-adjusting electro circuit form the speed-adjusting system. The speed-adjusting region is wide, the hoisting speed is high, the speed of placing is low, the speed change smoothly and the working efficiency is high. The layout of the mechanism is L-shaped. The drum with double broken line grooves has a large rope capacity, so the rope can be neatly arranged. It is suitable for high building construction and hoisting large equipments and components and so on.
The JXL trolleying mechanisms are self-designed new products based on the advanced foreign technologies.This series consists of VVVF motor, semi-concealed planetary reducer, drum, frame and so on. They have the following advantages: zero-speed braking, smooth start-up speed, high transmission efficiency, low noise, compact structure, safe and reliable braking, accurate positioning, beautiful external appearance.
JH series slewing reducer is designed according to the French Potain technologies. It has multi-stage planetary gear transmission and an output gear with drum-shaped teeth which can make up the tower crane��s gears meshing offset generated by the load. The reducer has high transmission efficiency and low noise.JH series reducer can be equipped with torque motor, variable-frequency speed regulation motor ,or electromagnetic coupling and rotary motor and the corresponding electronic control system components. This series contains RCV slewing mechanism, JHF slewing mechanism and OMD slewing mechanism.
